Drawstring tie at the front can be untied, however, does not adjust the fit of the dress. Front neckline is elastic so has stretch. Excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear - some very minor spotting which wasn't noticed until recently inspecting the item upon sale (barely visible, as pictured).
